Make bias uncommon.

Believe all humans have innate dignity, equity, and value
Might be embarrassed if people knew you had unconscious bias
Are tired of trying to outsmart unconscious bias
Are disturbed by the dissonance of your own unconscious bias
Aspire to experience gut feelings, first impressions and knee jerk reactions that are in harmony with your conscious beliefs
Can find a few minutes weekly for privately using an app

Value Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI)
Insist on DEI efficacy and won’t settle merely for optics
Strive to foster a collaborative, creative, inclusive culture, that embraces the discomfort of diversity as a valuable catalyst
Want to be a leader in equity evolution, not just a box-checker
Recognize that unconscious bias creates unwarranted discomfort that can undermine DEI efforts
